Alicia Peerson brings a wealth of experience to the Academy of Dance, drawing on over 15 years of involvement as both a dedicated dance mom and a staff member. As a homeschooling mother of three, Alicia’s commitment to her family and her children’s artistic pursuits is evident. Both daughters have been very involved in our studio for many years where their passion for dance continues to flourish. Her eldest is currently on staff as an instructor/choreographer while she pursues her professional career in dance and her youngest is a proud member of Synergy Dance Company. Alicia is known for her exceptional work ethic, embodying qualities such as kindness, patience, intelligence, and remarkable organizational skills. Her extensive years of active involvement as a dance mom have provided her with valuable insights into the inner workings of the studio. This experience uniquely positions her to address the questions and concerns of students and their families, creating a supportive and informative environment. As a core member of the Academy of Dance community, Alicia’s contributions are invaluable. Her vast skill set and dedication enrich the entire studio, making her an integral part of our dance family.
